Flow: 8200 cfps this morning, and going up dramatically, exceeding 45,000 cubic ft per second

Prediction: Highest and fastest water levels in three years. Much debris. Expect boat use restrictions, class cancellations and possible dock closures starting Thursday, and running well into the following week.
Notes: This is nothing to be trifled with. Debris will be heavy, especially as the water comes down starting Tuesday. This will last into late next week at least.

As of last week, all cap beam are set, and more than 60% of the deck panels have been installed. Crews expect to place the last deck panel by July 4. Work to restore the concrete supports, both above and below water, has resumed.
