MRC maintains a broad definition of gender that spans the spectrum of identities, including cis-gender, transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people. At regattas, youth rowers participate in the gender category that aligns with their identity. For more information, please see the
USRowing Gender Identity Policy.
